Anne Williams and William McBarnet successfully represent appellant at planning inquiry
The appellant had appealed the decision of the local council not to grant planning permission for the development of a low carbon home built in Bothenhampton, Dorset.
The inquiry was the result of a long-running dispute over whether the building broke local planning regulations.
Anne called 4 expert witnesses and the inquiry was held over a 4 day period in May.
In her report, the Planning Inspector found that the development did not harm the Conservation Area nor adversely impact neighbouring properties and granted planning permission.
