Black cab drivers granted permission to bring a claim for judicial review of Uber licence decision
In a High Court decision last week, the United Cabbies Group (on behalf of the United Taxi Action Group) represented by Robert Griffiths QC and Stuart Jessop were granted permission to bring a claim for judicial review of the decision to award a new licence to Uber.
In the ruling, the judge said that the arguments of the United Cabbies Group “merited consideration at a hearing”.
A further hearing will take place in the near future.
