Court of Appeal judgment in R v Rebelo

Richard Barraclough QC and Gordon Menzies appeared for the prosecution in Court of Appeal case R v Rebelo.

This case considered the approach to be taken in summing up in cases of gross negligence manslaughter and clarified the elements of the test to be applied by judges when directing juries.
