Emin Kandola secures acquittal at Kingston Crown Court

Emin Kandola secures acquittal in knifepoint robbery case. The defendant had pleaded guilty to multiple robberies where he had threatened to use a knife against the complainants. D did not accept that he was in possession of a knife during the robbery of two school children. The trial continued in respect of the bladed article. Following a 4 day trial at Kingston Crown Court, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
