Emin Kandola secures acquittal in death by dangerous driving case at the Old Bailey.

On 18 November, JC was driving a black Mercedes on Worple Road, Wimbledon. The deceased crossed Worple Road and collided with the vehicle, inflicting fatal injuries at the scene. JC was driving around 40-56mph in a 20mph zone at around 1am.

Following a five day trial at the Old Bailey, and after two hours of deliberation, the jury returned a unanimous not guilty verdict.
