Megan Thomas Wins Second Appeal Against Extra Care Facility

Megan Thomas KC has won a second appeal against a proposed 89 Unit Extra Care Facility in Loughton, Essex.

She acted for Epping Forest District Council again.  Air pollution and its impact on a European Site were not the issue this time but design, scale, massing, noise  and loss of daylight were the points of contention.
